With USA locations from 2006(opps not anymore 2008)  My Picture ABOVE shows the first flight from DSA April 28th 2005 .  I have since flown to the USA twice from our local airport , I believe  I was the first to fly to the USA from Doncaster I flew to Dublin then Aer Lingus to Orlando during October 2005 .
